It's been 30 days approximately..since I last worked..So I have had free run for a month....I guess most of you could kill for that..:d
I have made least of it..by spending all my time watching sitcoms..anyway today wifi was down for better part of the day..and I felt uncomfortable as usual...It had that feeling what if wifi never comes I may never be able to blog...so since it did come back I can..
Though thinking about it..I could probably have written it when I had time and then posted it when wifi did come back..

Since I did not have net access ,I tried to cook today..well when I say cook I mean sandwich..It however , proved to be more complex than anticipated..
I realized few things
1. You need peeler to peel potato or risk burning your hand trying to peel extremely hot potatoes .Also I need to understand how long to boil the potatoes (technically water in which potatoes are kept) , Because potatoes that I had , tasted pretty much like chips..
2. Its not easy cutting onions in rings...If onion is put on table and it is allowed to adjust based on its center of gravity , I think you would want to cut in longitudinally to have rings not transversely, but I also think inherent reaction is to take out a cross section which is kinda weird .So I ended up with lot contours in onions which I am not used to in sandwich.
3: You don't want to put sandwich in a pop up toaster..because it might get stuck and you might end up in soup..:(
4: Cream Cheese is not a perfect substitute for butter .
5: I wanted my pepsi chilled so I had kept it sideways in my freezer ..when I did get the bottle out ,half of it was frozen ( yup not the smartest of refrigerator) ,when I opened the cap wooooosh ..it gave any champagne a run for its money..half my kitchen including my microwave oven, sandwich , China plates,ceiling all were soaked in aerated liquid .ohh boy video would have gone viral ..only if I had recorded it .

After a loooong time I finished reading a book ,'Hotel ' by Arthur Hailey . Now that I have started I would like to read at least 6 more books before I stop it again.
